Terms of Service & Engagement Guidelines

These Terms of Service govern the professional collaboration between webinOO and our valued clients in the State of Kuwait. We uphold total clarity regarding scope of work, delivery milestones, and quality guarantees.

1. Scope of Work & Proposals

The project specifications and deliverables are established within the approved formal Proposal and technical agreement. Any substantive additions outside the agreed scope are managed via a mutually approved change order prior to implementation.

2. Source Code & Design Ownership (100% IP Rights)

Complete Ownership: Upon settlement of the final project balance, full ownership of the website, source code, design assets, and content transfers unconditionally to the client. We do not enforce proprietary locks or mandatory recurring licensing fees.

3. Payment Schedule & Milestones

Project payments are structured according to a clear milestone plan:

Initial Deposit (50%): Due upon project kickoff, wireframing, and architecture confirmation.
Final Milestone (50%): Due upon final quality assurance, domain DNS configuration, and production launch.
We accept approved local Kuwait wire transfers, Knet, and major credit cards.

4. Client Reviews & Feedback Iterations

Each development phase includes two dedicated feedback rounds. We address and incorporate all functional and aesthetic observations to ensure full alignment with client expectations.

5. Warranty & Technical Support

Every custom project is backed by a complimentary 3-month technical warranty starting on the launch date, covering:

Correction of any unexpected code anomalies or display defects without cost.
Monitoring of server stability and SSL security certificates.
Automated data backups to ensure uninterrupted continuity.

6. Search Engine Optimization Standards

We adhere strictly to white-hat technical SEO practices, verified Schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization. While search engine algorithms depend on competitive market factors, we guarantee top-tier technical implementation without making unrealistic overnight ranking claims.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all agreements with webinOO are governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuwait.
